• If fraudulent or illegal activity is suspected.
• If the user fails to cooperate with KYC verification.
• If the user is identified as a minor.

A user may also request to close their own account. In this case, the existing balance in the account will be withdrawable, unless it is withheld due to a bonus requirement or suspected activity.
